About
Since 2002 Jason Blake has been transforming homes, kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems in the South West of England. Using the latest technologies to improve convenience, reduce running costs and make homes cosy and pleasant places to live in. My experience ranges from installing small 1.8 kW flue-less Gas fires, on to 200kW log fired boilers for heating hotels. I have also designed and installed numerous central heating systems, bathrooms, en-suites, wet rooms, kitchens and underfloor heating systems. I have worked in old stone Mansion houses, industrial factories, farm houses to modern apartment blocks and modern construction homes, including Passive Houses and timber lodges. I have installed a wide variety of heating technologies, Gas and oil conventional boilers, air source and ground source heat pumps, biomass boilers using solid fuels such as logs, wood pellet and wood chip and even humble Wood Burning Stoves. I also installed solar PV, solar thermal tube and flat panel systems for hot water.

Gas Combi Swap Prices
You can supply the boiler or we can just supply and install as a package price
YOUR SUPPLY GAS COMBI SWAP (LIKE FOR LIKE) £600 including VAT labour only

You supply any brand new combi boiler and we will swap with your existing combi, like for like . The new boiler will be installed in the same place as your existing boiler, the new boiler will be connected to your existing pipework. Any additional pipework needed such as a condensate discharge pipe, will be reviewed and charged as extra.
You supply the boiler and the other parts, such as the flue and magnetic filter, we supply the labour to install and to remove the waste.

Additions
If you do not have a condensate pipe installed or if you gas pipe needs to be upsized for a improved gas flow rate will be clearly stated before any work is carried out. We can assess this with a free engineer’s visit to survey your existing installation, or in many cases we can assess via pictures sent to us either via WhatsApp / Telegram or email.
Installation Time
Most like for like boiler swaps can be done in 1 day. If an additional pipework or a full power flush is required then this is additional charges and the installation will take 2 days.
Combi Conversion - If you have a conventional hot water tank
If you have a hot water tank and either a system or a regular boiler and you want upgrade it for a combi boiler, this will be charged at an additional £500.00. This includes removal of the hot water cylinder and pipework altered to suite your combi boiler.
